From a young age, working in my family's restaurant ignited my passion for the food industry, where I discovered the power of food to unite people. Pursuing my culinary ambitions, I graduated from the New York Culinary Institution and further enriched my knowledge with a nutrition certification from Northern Virginia Community College. My diverse experiences, including roles as an executive chef, sous chef, and restaurant opening team specialist, shaped my culinary expertise and led me to specialize in global cuisine. After years of catering on weekends, I realized my true calling and decided to focus on catering full-time, ultimately launching my own business. This journey reflects my commitment to creativity and community through food, enabling me to share my love for culinary arts with others while fostering connections that transcend cultural boundaries.
After meeting my better half, we decided to partner both personally and professionally, combining our passions and skills. She graduated from the Lincoln Culinary Institute, where she honed her expertise in both savory and sweet cuisine. With experience as an assistant manager, sous chef, pastry chef, and team leader in culinary training, she has developed a remarkable talent for cooking. Specializing in traditional Mexican cuisine, she uses cherished family recipes passed down through generations. Her creativity doesn't stop at savory dishes; she also has a profound love for baking and can customize a wide range of desserts, from cakes to cookies. Together, we turned our dreams into reality by establishing Clubhouse Hospitality LLC, where we use food as a language of love to bring people together, creating memorable experiences and delightful flavors for everyone we serve.
