Our Story
Having joined the food industry at a young age working at my family's restaurant, I was always interested in using food as a means of bringing people together. I followed my culinary ambitions and graduated from New York Culinary Institution and later earned my Nutrition Certification from Northern Virginia Community College. I continued my culinary journey through a plethora of opportunities including executive chef, sous chef, restaurant opening team specialist, and restaurant co-owner. My collective culinary journey prompted me to specialize in global cuisine. Following many years of catering on the weekends, I decided to make catering my main focus and start my own business.
After meeting my better half, we decided to also partner professionally. She graduated from Lincoln Culinary Institute where she was classically trained in both savory and sweet cuisine. Her culinary experiences range from assistant manager, sous chef, pastry chef, catering, and training team leader. She specializes in traditional Mexican cuisine using recipes passed down through generations of family members. In addition to her savory techniques, her other passion is sweets. She enjoys creating a variety of desserts and can customize any cake or cookie.
Together we brought our dream to fruition and created Clubhouse Hospitality LLC. to use food as a language of love to bring people together.
